How long does a delivery take?
From placing the order to your delivery we try to stay under 2 hours. The most common delivery time is 1 to 4 hours. It is a big city, traffic, construction and road/bridge closures can affect times as well. Please contact the office about any deliveries taking longer than 4 hours and your delivery fee will be taken off the total. (Out of town orders to Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Ft Sask, LeDuc and Devon don’t apply as we need to squeeze these orders in where feasible.)
NOTE: Please be courteous and expect delays during inclement weather, Holidays (including 4-20) and our busiest days (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) as well as check days and the end of the month. We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible during those times. Typical Times on those days can avg 2-4 hours.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to addresses within Edmonton and the surrounding areas.
The “Checkout” page will ask for your address and it will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you.
Please bare with the system as it uses google maps and sometimes miscalculates the delivery fee.
How much does shipping cost?
Anywhere in Edmonton inside the Anthony Henday is $5.
If you are on the outskirts or outside of the Anthony Henday it’s $10 (Including St Albert and Sherwood Park.)
If you are in Beaumont it’s $15.
If you are in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, it’s $20.
Locations that are further from town are at our discretion and will have a higher minimum order and delivery fee.
It will also be dependent on how busy we are and if we have a driver that can travel the distance required.
We cannot take out of town orders other than Sherwood Park or St Albert on Friday or Saturdays. The amount of time it takes to go farther on those days keeps out drivers away for too long. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you would like to order on those days, please pre-order a day or 2 in advance so we can get to it before regular hours.
All delivery fees go straight to our drivers!
What is required from new customers?
All new customers are required to submit their ID, selfie with ID and address verification via email prior to ordering.
Please let us know in the order notes if you are a new customer.
All new customers will receive 1 gram of a top shelf flower with their first order. We only accept cash on delivery, we do not accept e-transfer or debit.

Monthly Raffle & Prizes
We will be having a raffle drawing every month! New tickets will start on the first of each month. Raffle will end at the end of the day on the 20th of each month. Winners will be notified the morning of the 21st. You will receive 1 ticket for any order over $50. (Delivery fee is not included in total amount of the order for the raffle tickets).
We will have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner, with no limit on the amount of entries you can have!!! (Retail Value: 1st – $420, 2nd – $300, 3rd – $200)
You can only win 1st place once every 3 months. One person cannot win multiple baskets. Winning tickets will be posted on the 21st of each month, you must have your ticket to claim the prize. Prizes not claimed by the 25th will be redrawn. Tickets are not given between the 21st and end of month.
