Here are answers to questions we have received.
How long does a delivery take?
From placing the order to your delivery we try to stay under 2 hours. The most common delivery time is 1 to 4 hours. It is a big city, traffic, construction and road/bridge closures can affect times as well. Please contact the office about any deliveries taking longer than 4 hours and your delivery fee will be taken off the total. The start of the timer for morning orders is 10am. (Out of town orders to Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Ft Sask, LeDuc and Devon don’t apply as we need to squeeze these orders in where feasible.) Please have your order in by 30 mins from closing to insure same day delivery.
NOTE: Please be courteous and expect delays during inclement weather, Holidays (including 4-20) and our busiest days (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) as well as check days and the end of the month. We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible during those times. Typical Times on those days can avg 2-4 hours.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to addresses within Edmonton and the surrounding areas.
The “Checkout” page will ask for your address and it will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you.
Please bare with the system as it uses google maps and sometimes miscalculates the delivery fee.
How much does shipping cost?
Anywhere in Edmonton inside the Anthony Henday is $5.
If you are on the outskirts or outside of the Anthony Henday it’s $10 (Including St Albert and Sherwood Park.)
If you are in Beaumont, Devon, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, it’s $20.
Locations that are further from town are at our discretion and will have a higher minimum order and delivery fee.
It will also be dependent on how busy we are and if we have a driver that can travel the distance required. If you are further out of town please consider ordering a day or 2 in advance and we will schedule a delivery time for you.
All delivery fees go straight to our drivers!
What is required from new customers?
All new customers are required to submit their ID, selfie with ID and address verification via email prior to ordering.
Please let us know in the order notes if you are a new customer.
All new customers will receive 1 gram of a top shelf flower with their first order. We only accept cash on delivery, we do not accept e-transfer or debit.
Receive 10% off your first website order when you use the coupon code NewCust at checkout. (Minimum delivery requirements still apply, Code will not work against sale items).
